For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

2. Goods refer to the items or services offered for sale on the service
3. آرڈرز کا مطلب ہے آپ کی طرف سے ہم سے سامان خریدنے کی درخواست۔

5. Website refers to BKards, accessible from https://bkards.com
6. آپ کا مطلب ہے سروس تک رسائی یا استعمال کرنے والا فرد، یا کمپنی، یا دیگر قانونی ادارہ جس کی جانب سے ایسا فرد سروس تک رسائی یا استعمال کر رہا ہے، جیسا کہ قابل اطلاق ہے۔
آپ کے آرڈر کی منسوخی کے حقوق
آپ ایسا کرنے کی کوئی وجہ بتائے بغیر 7 دنوں کے اندر اپنا آرڈر منسوخ کرنے کے حقدار ہیں۔

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refund
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

The following Goods cannot be refunded:
